In Redington Beach, the median sales price was $373,000 and bought a three-bedroom, three-bath house on the Intracoastal in May. The lot is 60 by 115 feet. The house has 2,335 square feet and room for expansion. It was built in 1956. Most of the rooms have water views. The yard is fenced, and the property has a dock. The home was advertised as an easy walk to the beach and only a few minutes from the gulf by boat.
