I'll have another ...

Helping of cauliflower.

The low-carb movement has led diners and chefs to explore vegetables beyond the potato, and that's a good thing. You can find cauliflower mash in restaurants from Ruby Tuesday to Mise en Place. Armani's makes a cauliflower flan and dices it as a garnish. By the way, cauliflower is, like broccoli, full of vitamin C and antioxidants. You don't have to be green to be nutritious.
