NEW PORT RICHEY - A 39-year-old man was arrested Thursday morning, accused of molesting a girl.
Donald M. Moninger faces a charge of lewd or lascivious molestation involving a girl between the ages of 12 and 15. The alleged incident happened in July 2004, sheriff's spokesman Doug Tobin said.
Moninger, of Elfers Parkway, was released from the county jail Thursday afternoon on $25,000 bail.
