Dana Hirsch Cohen has been promoted to associate creative director for FKQ Advertising and Marketing, Clearwater. Cohen was a senior copywriter.

Jim Kenefick has been named senior art director for Devine Communications, St. Petersburg. Kenefick was president of Art Directions of Florida Inc., St. Petersburg.

Bessolo Design Group Inc., St. Petersburg, announces these appointments: Mark N. Soroko, project manager; and George P. Santizo, job captain. Soroko was a project architect for C4I Design Incorporated Architects, Colorado; and Santizo was an architectural draftsman/assistant project manager for J.L. Ramirez Architect PC, New York.

The Tampa Division of U.S. Home announces these appointments: Nicole G. Kayal, insurance administrator; and Thomas R. Aulicino, construction manager. Kayal was executive assistant to the director of implementation for Soft Computer Consultants, Palm Harbor; and Aulicino was a supervisor for Artistic Aluminum Inc., Riverview.

Kevin Sweeney has been named vice president of lending for MacDill Federal Credit Union, Tampa. Sweeney was senior vice president of retail banking for South Hillsborough County and area president in Citrus County, both for SunTrust Bank.

GLE Associates Inc., Tampa, announces these appointments: David Koopman, director of facilities consulting services; Michael Madonna, senior environmental project manager; and Madelen Perez , architectural project manager.
