Saul Diaz, 18, of Chiapas, Mexico gaze's into the eastern sky as he rests between extracting the decaying tomato plants and planting next season's watermelon plants in an Immokalee farmers field. Diaz has lived in the United States just over 15 months, living in a trailer in Immokalee with eight others, including uncles and cousins.
