One of the children told the grandmother, who kicked out her daughter and boyfriend and told the Pinellas County Sheriff's Office.

The boyfriend, David W. Smith, 25, and the woman, 34, went to Niagara Falls, N.Y.Authorities in New York this week picked them up on the Pinellas County warrants. The woman, who is not being named to protect the identity of her children, was charged with two counts of illegal sexual activity with the boys and one count of lewd or lascivious exhibition. Smith was charged with one count of illegal sexual activity with the girl and two counts of lewd or lascivious exhibition. Smith remained in the Pinellas County Jail in lieu of $50,000 bail Tuesday.
