CHINESE COOKING: Learn to prepare Chinese cuisine from the chef of Paul Lee's Chinese Kitchen, a new restaurant from Outback Steakhouse Inc. Executive chef Steve Carey will give a Chinese cooking demonstration Saturday at the Williams-Sonoma store in Westfield Shoppingtown Citrus Park, 8021 Citrus Park Drive. He will prepare appetizer-sized portions of Paul Lee's most popular dishes. There will be two demonstrations, at 1 and 2 p.m. No reservation is required. Call (813) 920-6939. WINE FESTIVAL: The Florida Estates Winery will hold a wine festival from 10 a.m.-3 p.m. Saturday. In addition to wine samples, the event will feature fresh produce, sauces, sandwiches, plants, homemade arts and crafts and live music. SIDE SPLITTERS: Insult comic Lisa Lampanelli, an "equal opportunity offender," has been compared to such famous acts as Don Rickles and Rosanne Barr. The so-called "Queen of Mean" will perform Friday-Sunday at Side Splitters Comedy Club, 12938 N Dale Mabry Highway. In addition to headlining at nearly every major comedy club in New York City, Lampanelli has been a warmup comic for Sally Jessy Raphael, has a monthly headlining spot at Caroline's on Broadway and was the only female comic invited to take part in the Friar's Club Roast of Chevy Chase. Nonsmoking shows will be 8 p.m. Friday-Saturday and 7 p.m. Sunday, and smoking shows will be 10:30 p.m. Friday-Saturday. Admission for Friday-Saturday is $12 general seating and $14 preferred seating in advance or $14 general and $16 preferred at the door.
