COUNSELOR: Licensed mental health counselor Linda Peterman, CRC, LMHC, has opened an office at 11309 Countryway Blvd. in the Office Matrix in Westchase. She offers help for anxiety, depression, career issues and self-esteem problems. Individual, family and couples counseling is available by appointment Monday-Friday during the day and evening. RESTAURANT: A new breakfast restaurant, The Breakfast Nook, will open Feb. 1 at 1532 Land O'Lakes Blvd., Suite A, in Lutz. It will be serving a full breakfast and lunch menu featuring eggs, pancakes, omelets, sandwiches, soups and salads. Hours are 9 a.m.-3 p.m. Tuesday-Sunday, with lunch starting at 11 a.m. and breakfast served until closing. Call (813) 948-4041. NAME CHANGE: The Albertsons stores at 610 E Brandon Blvd. and at 14939 N Florida Ave. will be temporarily closing in June or July and reopening as Super Saver within two months. Super Saver negotiates directly with vendors in order to maintain the lowest possible prices.
