RESTAURANT: A new breakfast restaurant, The Breakfast Nook, will open Feb. 1 at 1532 Land O'Lakes Blvd., Suite A, in Lutz. It will be serving a full breakfast and lunch menu featuring eggs, pancakes, omelets, sandwiches, soups and salads.
