MOSI: Let MOSI shuttle you to Kennedy Space Center for a tour of the complex, led by a MOSI space expert. During your explorations, you can walk through a full-sized model of a space shuttle orbiter, see the vehicle assembly building, stand beneath a real Saturn V rocket and watch a re-enactment of the Apollo 8 launch, the first manned mission to the moon. Meet in the MOSI lobby, 8:30 a.m. Saturday, with money for food and souvenirs, 4801 E Fowler Ave. The trip is for adults and for children older than 8 accompanied by an adult. Transportation is provided. The cost is $85 for MOSI members and $110 for nonmembers. Call (813) 987-6100.

ALSO AT MOSI: Crack the case at MOSI's Bullets Over Broad St., 9 a.m.-noon Monday at the museum. Explore the crime scene for evidence, and learn how evidence such as fingerprints, hair and fiber samples, footprints or a drop of blood can connect a suspect to a case. The program will use actual and fictional case studies from TV's CSI and Cold Case Files. The admission is $30 for MOSI members and $40 for nonmembers. Call (813) 987-6100.

DINNER AND THEATRE: United Community Church will host celebrity impressionist Rick Chapman for the Fantastic Friday Dinner and Theatre. Dinner will be catered by Thyme Savor catering. Tickets can be purchased in the church narthex, $13 for dinner and the show or $3 for the show only. Doors open at 5:30 p.m. for dinner and 7 p.m. for entertainment. Call (813) 633-7168.

SIDE SPLITTERS: The high-energy comedy of Flip Schultz, a Florida native, has propelled him into the national spotlight. He will appear Friday to Sunday at Side Splitters Comedy Club, 12938 N Dale Mabry Highway. Schultz has compiled quite a resume, appearing at A-list comedy clubs across the country, as well as appearing in the movie Big Trouble, competing on The New Star Search and winning Ed McMahon's The Next Big Star. He has also performed beside such famous comedians as George Carlin, Lewis Black, Pauly Shore, Damon Wayans, "Weird Al" Yankovic and more. Nonsmoking shows will be 8 p.m. Friday-Saturday and 7 p.m. Sunday, and smoking shows will be 10:30 p.m. Friday-Saturday. Admission for Friday-Saturday is $12 general seating and $14 preferred seating in advance or $14 general and $16 preferred at the door.
