THE KUMQUAT FESTIVAL will be held 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday in downtown Dade City. Events include a farmers' market, wagon rides, antique cars, children's activities and more than 200 arts, crafts and food vendors.

"A TRIBUTE TO PATSY CLINE' will be given by singer Leanne Williams at 2 p.m. Saturday at Pasco-Hernando Community College, 10230 Ridge Road, New Port Richey. Tickets are $13 to $17. Call 816-3707.

THE AWARD-WINNING FILM "INDIGO' will be shown at 5 and 7:30 p.m. Saturday and Sunday at Unity Truth Center, 5844 Pine Hill Road, Port Richey. The film won the Audience Choice Award at the 2003 Santa Fe Film Festival. It is about one of the gifted "Indigo children" who has healing and psychic powers. The girl, named Grace, helps her family through three terrible experiences. Tickets are $10.

SOPRANO SABRINA COLEMAN CLARK will perform "Legacy of Hope: The Marian Anderson Story" and "Before Us Like a Flame - Spirituals and Songs of African-American Composers" at 7:30 p.m. Saturday at Tarpon Springs Performing Arts Center, 324 Pine St., Tarpon Springs. Ms. Clark has performed in the United States and in Europe and was featured in Baltimore Opera Company's "Tribute to Marian Anderson" concerts. Tickets are $14. Call 942-5605.

SUNCOAST HARMONY CHORUS of Sweet Adelines International will present "Musical Moments" at 2 p.m. Sunday at the Presbyterian Church of Seven Springs, 4651 Little Road, New Port Richey. BROTHERHOOD A CAPELLA quintet will perform at 2 p.m. Sunday at South Holiday Library, 4649 Mile Stretch Drive, Holiday. The group has performed at the Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts. They sing a fusion of jazz, rock, pop, oldies, doo-wop and gospel music. Tickets are $3, first-come, first-served. Space is limited.

THE GARY HOOVER BAND will perform country and rock music at 7 p.m. Monday at the Jewish Community Center of West Pasco, 9841 Scenic Drive, Port Richey. Tickets are $4. (This is a makeup date for a show that was scheduled earlier this month.)

THE MOVIE "SHALL WE DANCE' will be shown at 1 p.m. Tuesday at the Tarpon Springs Community Center, 400 South Walton Ave., Tarpon Springs. Admission is free. The next movie is Ray, at 1 p.m. Feb. 15.

THE THURSDAY MUSICALE, a chorus of 50 women, will perform at 2 p.m. Thursday at the Living Word Church, 5151 Rowan Road, New Port Richey. Guest performers are Men of Brass, featuring Henry Fletcher and John DeGelleke playing trumpet, Lee Felton and Dennis Norton on tuba, Walter Freytag on trombone and David Helfrich on French horn. Admission is free, but a donation will be accepted.

PROGRESS ENERGY ART GALLERY will hold "Odd Monday's Artists Salon at the Gallery" from 6 to 9 p.m. Monday at the gallery, 6231 Grand Blvd., New Port Richey. Artists may bring portable art materials, snacks and items they want to add to the evening. Call 842-8066 for further information.

"THE SENSUAL GUITAR,' an exhibit of photography by Emanuel Pontoriero, continues at the Pasco Arts Center through Feb. 26. The center is at 5744 Moog Road, Holiday. Pontoriero will give an audio-visual presentation at 1 p.m. Saturday and 1 p.m. Feb. 18, followed by a discussion on how the images were created. Watercolors by Sharon Curtis and drawings by Sarah Cheney are on exhibit in the center's Upstairs Gallery through Feb. 28. Viewing hours are 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Mondays through Saturdays.

THE WEST PASCO ART GUILD continues its annual fine art show at the gallery, 6206 Jefferson St., New Port Richey. Gallery hours through Feb. 3 are 1 to 4 p.m. Mondays through Saturdays and 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesdays.

AUDITIONS AND WORKSHOPS

STAGE WEST COMMUNITY PLAYHOUSE will hold auditions for the The Golden Review, a talent show by people ages 50 and older, at 1 p.m. Feb. 5 and 6 at the theater, 8390 Forest Oaks Blvd., Spring Hill. The audition act - a song, dance, skit, comedy routine, magic act, etc. - performed by an individual or group is one that will be performed at the show, so it should be polished and ready for public presentation. STAGE WEST READERS THEATRE will hold auditions for Animal Farm, an adaptation of the political allegory by George Orwell, at 11:30 a.m. Feb. 5 in The Forum at Stage West Community Playhouse, 8370 Forest Oaks Blvd., Spring Hill. The actors will read from scripts for an audience on Feb. 19 and 20. There will be several read-through practices before the presentation.

LOOK AHEAD

HARRY DASH ROCK BAND will hold a CD release party on Feb. 4. at Bourbon Street Concert Club, 4431 U.S. 19, New Port Richey. Opening act is Annie on Distortion; closing is Human Echo Door. Doors open 7 p.m., show at 8:30 p.m. Tickets in advance are $7, including the Harry Dash CD. (Coming Feb. 18: Satisfaction, the Rolling Stones Experience; tickets $8.)

FIRST FRIDAY RECEPTION honoring artists Scott Spillman, Wil Dawson and Nina Winters will be held from 5 to 9 p.m. Feb. 4 at Progress Energy Art Gallery, 6231 Grand Blvd., New Port Richey. Viewing hours of their work is 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Tuesdays through Fridays and 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Saturdays. The exhibit continues through Feb. 28.

THE 15TH ANNUAL QUILT SHOW AND SALE will be held 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Feb. 5 and 6 at the Pioneer Florida Museum and Village off U.S. 301 northeast of Dade City. The event also has the second annual Dade City Horse-Pulling Championships, arts, crafts, antique Ford parts sale, an Outhouse Race on Feb. 6, and food. Admission is $6 for adults, $2 for students. Parking is free.
