The Ebony Fashion Fair, the world's largest traveling fashion show, brings its glamor and glitz back to Tampa and St. Petersburg on Sunday (1/30) and Monday. The crystal beaded gown with ostrich feathers and gem straps by Eric Gaskins is right up there with the show's "Living It Up" them. Dozens of the top American, European and Japanese fashion houses will be on display, 'natch. The runway gets rolling at 5 p.m. Sunday at the Tampa Theatre, 711 Franklin St., Tampa. $30; (813) 229-8117. It moves to the Mahaffey Theater in St. Petersburg, 400 First St. S, at 8 p.m. Monday.
