The illuminated Sant'Yago Knight Parade, a glittery, wilder version of the Gasparilla parade, pervades Ybor City two weeks later, on Feb. 12. Revelers cram Seventh Avenue for the rowdiest of the Gasparilla displays. The craziness usually starts in the parking lots, where spots cost up to $50 a night. The cheaper ones go fast, so get there early. Another option is to ride the streetcar, which runs between Ybor, Channelside and downtown Tampa for $3.
