John Romano maintains they shouldn't give the Stanley Cup to a team that endured half as much as the Lightning. I'm puzzled. Would that include the 1994-95 New Jersey Devils, who won the Stanley Cup after a 48-game season? New Yorkers didn't whine about the Rangers having to give up the Cup under those circumstances. If you're the champion, you go out and prove it, no matter the length of the season. You don't like having to give it up after a shortened season? Win it again and keep it another year.

Jon Gruden and Randy Moss: A match made in heaven. One more crumb bum for the bay area to be proud of.

To the baseball fans who spent big bucks to come here expecting to see a Yankees home game ... surprise! What you found was that the games are sold out. Why? Because all the tickets have been bought by scalpers. Yes, you can get tickets to Yankees games, but at a price. I will be upset if the police are not outside the stadium arresting these scalpers. Let's see the law enforced.
