Board appoints principal at Dale Mabry Elementary

TAMPA - The Hillsborough School Board appointed Scott Weaver principal at Dale Mabry Elementary School on Tuesday.
Weaver began his career with the school district in 1997, as a teacher at Tampa Bay Boulevard Elementary School. Most recently, he served as assistant principal at Bryant Elementary School. He started his new position this week.
Former Mabry principal Joyce Wieland moved to Westchase Elementary School in northwest Hillsborough County to be principal.
