Thursday 2/10 is opening day for the Florida State Fair . Sure there's all kinds of educational stuff, rides and concerts, but what about the food? Last year's big hit was deep fried Oreos, and the battered and deep-fried Milky Ways, Snickers bars and Twinkies. New this year: meatballs on a stick for Italian on the run. And for a sweet tooth, check out the combination cookie and pie combination -- called a Coopie -- that the Big Top Flea Market invented this year. It comes in white chocolate macadamia nut and fudge chocolate chip. See www.floridastatefair.com
