It's February, and you know what that means: State fair! Every year the fairgrounds off Interstae 4 in Tampa fill up with a healthy dose of quick-fix junk food, commercial hawking and, most important, death-defying rides. So, in the spirit of NBC's Fear Factor , we thought it'd be fun to play Fair Factor . The fair, which opens Thursday (2/10), has provided a list of memorable rides you'll find there, but we've thrown in a few of our own. Your mission, should you choose to accept it, is to determine which are legitimate rides and which ones we'd love to see you attempt on Fair Factor!
