But not the endless discussions about this year's crop of overanalyzed Super Bowl ads. We can't even bring ourselves to comment on that dreadful lincolnfry.com marketing mess that McDonald's launched. That's how over it we are. But we do feel compelled to note that Mediaweek reported that the FCC had logged 33 Super Bowl comments as of Tuesday: eight complaints regarding GoDaddy.com, five complaints regarding spots for erectile dysfunction medication, and among the rest, one from a viewer who objected to Paul McCartney's use of the phrase "California grass."
