Like us, you probably saw the Fox 13 promo of that angry man charging the camera, oh, about 500 times during the Super Bowl broadcast. But now you'll read about it ONLY HERE IN TBT*! (Sorry, we couldn't resist.) It seems hotel owners were charging people to park on what reporter Doug Smith determined was public property at Clearwater Beach. Turns out that the public right-of-way extended into the owners' parking spaces, meaning they legally weren't allowed to charge $10 a day for parking. Outrage over beach parking? We can do that every day for the entire year. When we see all of that great kung fu kicking and yelling, we want real drama. Like maybe a fixed karaoke contest.
