WHAT THEY'RE SAYING: Elizabeth Court sold out quickly because it filled a need, said Jim Myers, director of sales for Tampa Bay Development Group and Keystone Homes.

"For new construction starting in the mid 100s, there's no competition for that in South Tampa," he said.

The project was designed to complement Tampa Bay Development's Southport Village, a pending subdivision nearby on Interbay Boulevard that will have 10 single-family homes.

TIMELINE: Construction for Elizabeth Court started in early 2003 and should be finished in March or April.

MOVE-IN DATE: Elizabeth Court's first occupants moved in last summer.
