Tim A. Tincknell has been named a senior tax manager in the tax department of Pender Newkirk & Co., Tampa. Tincknell was vice president of finance and treasurer of Seaboard Overseas Ltd., Hamilton, Bermuda.

CARE MANAGEMENT

Michael A. Reali has been named an account executive for CHOICE Medical Management Services LLC, Tampa. Reali was area sales manager for Genex Services Inc., Tampa.

FINANCIAL

Michael V. Barton has been named managing director and principal of InTrust Advisors, Tampa. Barton was chief financial officer of Odyssey Marine Exploration, Tampa.

HEALTH CARE

H. Lee Moffitt Cancer Center & Research Institute, Tampa, announces these appointments: Dr. W. Michael Alberts, medical director of Moffitt's affiliate program; Dr. Marc C. Chamberlain has joined the neuro-oncology program; and Dr. Scott Antonia, director of clinical immunotherapy within translational research. Alberts is chief medical officer at Moffitt; Chamberlain was professor of neurology and neurosurgery at the University of Southern California, Los Angeles; and Antonia was a medical oncologist in the thoracic oncology program at Moffitt.

Liz Gierbolini has been named a partner at the law firm of Zinober & McCrea PA, Tampa. Gierbolini was an associate and represents management in labor and employment law matters.

Jack A. Weiss has been elected to the board of directors of the Suncoast Tiger Bay Club, a nonpartisan political club. Weiss is a shareholder and practices in the workers' compensation practice group at the law firm of Fowler White Boggs Banker, St. Petersburg.

Greg C. Yadley received the Parke Wright III Leadership Award. Leadership Tampa Alumni gives the award based on exceptional leadership in making a difference in the Tampa Bay community. Yadley is managing partner at the law firm of Shumaker, Loop & Kendrick LLP, Tampa.
