A Department of Children and Families supervisor testified Wednesday about abuse and neglect allegations the agency has received about Terri Schiavo. Greer is expected to rule Thursday whether DCF can intervene in the case.
The agency wants Greer to delay his order that Schiavo's feeding tube be removed on March 18 so it can properly investigate complaints.
This hearing was closed to the media so Greer could determine if anything testified to is confidential under state law. He determined everything was public, releasing a transcript to the media.
