INVERNESS - Citrus County held its second public meeting Tuesday to inform residents about proposed noise and nuisance ordinances, which could tighten code enforcement rules on neighborhood noise and yard debris or junk.
The issue now moves to the County Commission at 4:30 p.m. April 12, where commissioners are scheduled to vote on the ordinances, prompted by a growing number of complaints. To read the proposed ordinances, visit the county Web site: www.bocc.citrus.fl.us/pubsafety/code_enforcement.htm
