When you home-school your kids, you can take spring break any time you want. So Leahy brought his 12-year-old daughter, Caitlin, to Florida to protest the removal of Terri Schiavo's feeding tube. "It's important to stand up for what you believe is right," said Leahy, a mental health counselor and pastor. "Starving someone to death is wrong." His only disappointment: that more people haven't borne witness outside the hospice. "Especially the local people. You would think this would be such a big issue."
