Sex offender found living at day care

MIAMI - The state closed a home day care Monday after learning a registered sex offender listed the address as his home.

Anthony Wright, 28, was convicted of lewd and lascivious conduct on a child under 16, according to the Florida Department of Law Enforcement Web site.

The address he gave authorities is also a home day care, said Zoraya Suarez, spokeswoman for the Department of Children & Families.

The day care in northwest Miami was closed pending an investigation, Suarez said.
