NEW PORT RICHEY - Two Safety Harbor men were arrested Tuesday, accused of buying 13 pounds of marijuana from an undercover Pasco County sheriff's detective.

The two men had talked with the detective over the telephone many times while arranging to pay $7,500 for the drugs, a Sheriff's Office report said.

They met the detective at an Econo Lodge Motel on U.S. 19, the report said.

Otis Jerome Henderson, 23, and Joshua Jermain Henderson, 20, both face charges of purchasing more than 10 pounds of marijuana and conspiracy to possess and deliver it.

They were being held in the Pasco County jail Thursday, each in lieu of $30,000 bail.
