David Zimroth has been promoted to vice president and regional recruiting manager for the Central Florida stores for HomeBanc Mortgage Corp., Tampa. Zimroth was recruiting manager.

HEALTH CARE

Dr. Jason M. Handza has joined Healthy Vision in St. Petersburg as an vitreo retinal surgeon. Handza was a retinal specialist at Vitreo-Retinal Consultants, West Palm Beach.

INSURANCE

Rob Nation has been named senior vice president for M.E. Wilson Co., Tampa. Nation was executive vice president of Brown & Brown Inc., Tampa.

LEGAL

Donald R. Kirk is chairman-elect of the Children's Dream Fund, St. Petersburg. Kirk is a shareholder and practices in the commercial litigation practice group concentrating on bankruptcy, creditors rights and commercial litigation with the law firm of Fowler White Boggs Banker, Tampa.

Tammie L. Rattray has been named a partner at the law firm of Ford & Harrison, Tampa. Rattray was an associate and concentrates in all areas of employment litigation, including harassment, discrimination and retaliation cases.

Gray Robinson PA, Tampa, announces these lawyers have been named shareholders: Charles E. Klug Jr., Ronald S. Reed and Mark E. Williams. Allen Braswell Jr. has been named to the board of directors of MTS Medication Technologies, St. Petersburg. Braswell is the former president of Jabil Global Services.

Philip Lancaster has been named vice president of finance of the Pinellas Association for Retarded Children, or PARC, St. Petersburg. Lancaster was vice president of Pine State Capital, St. Petersburg.

Global Imaging Systems Inc., Tampa, announces these promotions: Raymond Schilling, executive vice president and chief financial officer; Peter W. Shoemaker, executive vice president of strategy and operations; and Todd S. Johnson, senior vice president of acquisitions.
