What's with the upper crust in the UK and their kooky hats? At the wedding of Prince Charles and Camilla, her 26-year-old daughter Laura Parker Bowles wore a construction of feathers and ribbons that stretched skyward like antlers. Others wore such wiggy creations you expected the lawn man to start clipping them.

Welsh hat designer Alison Tod predicts 2005 will be a big year for hats, thanks to the royal wedding.
