Old Southeast Fifth Annual Home & Garden Tour, 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. today. Ten homes and gardens in a variety of styles from the 1920s through the 1960s in a diverse neighborhood whose residents are enthusiastic about restoring their homes. Tickets: $10 at Lassing Park, 20th Avenue SE and Beach Drive, St. Petersburg.

Florida Orchestra Guild Designer Show House, 1219 Park St. N, St. Petersburg. Open 11 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Saturday, noon to 4:30 p.m. Sunday, through May 1. Tickets: $10 at the door. Information: (727) 527-0057. Directions: Take First Avenue N west and turn north on Park Street, or take 22nd Avenue N west and turn south on Park.

Fifth Annual Historic Old Northeast Spring Garden Stroll, 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. April 30. Ten gardens on display.
