Published April 17, 2005

WHEN/WHERE: 4; Frank Erwin Center, Austin, Texas.

RADIO: 620-AM.

RECORDS: Tampa Bay 6-4, Austin 4-7.

COACHES: Tampa Bay - Tim Marcum (117-54, 11th season; 172-66 overall); Austin - Skip Foster (12-15, second season).

SERIES: Storm leads 2-1.

NOTABLE: The Storm trails first-place Georgia by 11/2 games and Orlando by a half-game in the Southern Division. Austin is 21/2 behind Tampa Bay. A victory will give the Storm three in a row for the first time this season and its first on the road. Shane Stafford threw for seven touchdowns and Tampa Bay's defense forced four turnovers in a 62-45 victory over Austin on Feb. 6. The Storm ranks third in scoring offense (53.5 points per game) and 12th in scoring defense (50.1). The Wranglers are 11th in scoring offense (47.6) and 16th in scoring defense (56.5). Austin has one of the league's top lines, including 2004 All-Arena first-teamers Tom Briggs and Bryan Henderson and 2004 all-rookie pick Aaron Humphrey. Storm WR/LB Ronney Daniels (ankle) was placed on injured reserve. WR/DB Kenny Christian and FB/LB Jarrod Penright were activated.
