Re: AD wants public-private games banned, Tuesday
Just when it seemed all societal blame had been exhausted by the notion that the FCAT is the cause of failure in our school systems, a new one has now appeared: a ban on public vs. private school sports competitions. I don't know who initiated this proposal, but I suggest they spend more time on ways to offer better or additional tutoring and supplemental education resources for those young men and women who dedicate a large part of their time striving to be the best they can be while representing their school proudly.

IF THE TIMES IS SO SMART...
You seem to be campaigning for Vince Naimoli to go away or for MLB to move the franchise out of Tampa Bay. Easy solution: have the Times buy out Naimoli and let you manage it.

PLEASE, VINCE, BOW OUT
Vince Naimoli is a loser when it comes to baseball, and he is dragging down the team. It's evident after all these years that he's cheap. He expects to build a winning club without spending money, and that is not going to happen. Please, Vince, do us all a favor and resign. Let someone take over who wants to spend money and win. I think more fans need to speak out against Naimoli and get him out. Let's get a winner in his place.
