Daniel J. Johnson has been named a shareholder at the accounting firm of Kirkland, Russ, Murphy & Tapp PA, St. Petersburg. Johnson was a senior manager in the audit department.

Craig Toth has been named a bridge section leader for the structures department of HNTB Corp., Tampa. Toth was a graduate research assistant at the University of South Florida in Tampa for a Florida Department of Transportation-funded durability study for concrete construction practices in the state of Florida.

Aegis Mortgage Wholesale, Clearwater, announces these appointments: Sherri Cosser and Michelle Rosenberger, account executives. Cosser will cover the west coast of Florida and Rosenberger will cover the Tampa Bay area. Cosser was an account executive for the Tampa Bay area for Irwin Mortgage, Clearwater; and Rosenberger was an account executive for Greenpoint Mortgage, Orlando.

Hyde Park Capital Advisors LLC, Tampa, announces these appointments: Jeff Doherty, vice president of investment banking; and Ingeborg Baugh, associate for investment banking. Doherty was vice president of SG Cowen Securities in London; and Baugh was finance manager at the law firm of Heller & Rosenblatt, Washington.

Glenn N. Huber has been named senior managing director of investment banking and a member of the capital markets committee for GunnAllen Financial, Tampa. Huber was founder of Chrysalis Capital Advisors Inc., Calgary, Alberta.

Bayfront Health Foundation, 701 Sixth St. S, St. Petersburg, announces these members to its board of trustees: Lynda Jollay, Dr. David Parrish and Nancy Preis. Jollay is a community volunteer from St. Petersburg; Parrish is a family practice physician and medical director of Bayfront's family medicine residency program, St. Petersburg; and Preis is president and chief executive of Sensor Systems LLC and Fisher Electric Technology, both in St. Petersburg, and Motor Magnetics Inc., New York.

Alan J. Missen has been named chief information officer for First Advantage Corp., St. Petersburg. Missen was director of portfolio management for PricewaterhouseCoopers, Tampa.

Michael Sullivan has been promoted to assistant vice president and financial services manager for Gary Markel Surplus Lines Brokerage Inc., Clearwater. Sullivan was manager of the professional services department.

Andy Graham has been elected to the board of directors of Housing Corp. of America Inc., St. Petersburg, a nonprofit provider of affordable housing. Graham is corporate counsel for Trinsic Inc., Tampa.

Goodwill Industries-Suncoast, 10596 Gandy Blvd., St. Petersburg, elected these new directors: Brian D. Evans, Keri A. Gawrych, G. Raymond Raulerson, Scott C. Rutz and Stephen S. Tutwiler. Evans is regional director at CFO Strategic Partners, Tampa; Gawrych is executive vice president of SunTrust Bank, Tampa; Raulerson is senior associate national service officer for the Disabled American Veterans, St. Petersburg; Rutz is vice president of Northern Trust Bank, Tampa; and Tutwiler is chief executive of Sterling Management Resources Inc., Tampa.

Jim Fahs has been elected president of the Suncoast Chapter of the American Society of Home Inspectors, or ASHI, St. Petersburg. Fahs is owner of Young Home Inspections, Dunedin.

Jason Maroney has been named Tampa area market director in the areas of technology, finance and accounting for Kforce Professional Staffing, Tampa. Maroney was senior sales manager at TEKsystems Inc., Orlando.

Dr. Thomas F. Huber has been named regional senior vice president for Central Europe for Tech Data Corp., Clearwater. Huber was director of consumer products at Accenture in Vienna.
