Orlando police hope photo helps find girl
Detectives released an image of a girl they believe may be connected to another girl who has appeared in sexually graphic photos.

ORLANDO -- Detectives on Wednesday made public the image of a girl they believe may have a connection to another girl who has appeared in sexually graphic photos that have circulated among pedophiles on the Internet for the past three years.
Investigators don't believe the girl whose image was released has been sexually exploited. But enough similarities in backgrounds found in images of both girls, such as furniture and exercise equipment, caused detectives to believe the girls may have been in the same place at the same time, said Sgt. Matt Irwin, a detective with the Orange County Sheriff's Office.
Detectives don't know who the girls are or where they live, but they believe one of the images of the sexually exploited girl was taken at a Walt Disney World hotel several years ago.
The image made public shows a grade-school age girl with black bangs hanging down to her eyebrows lying propped up on her elbows on a tan couch, her eyes focused on the pink electronic game she holds in her hand. She wears a lime halter top and cutoff blue jeans trimmed with green.
