ST. PETERSBURG - A medical office building, a mixed-use tower and a Krystal burger restaurant were among the 10 projects filed Friday with the city of St. Petersburg in order to beat a deadline for transportation impact fee waivers.
The four-story medical office building will go up near Bayfront Medical Center and All Children's Hospital in an area several blocks south of Central Avenue. It will house an expanded cardiovascular program, the laboratory and various specialists. A six-story parking garage will be built with it.
The mixed-use tower will be built beside the Cathedral Church of St. Peter in the downtown area, but no specifics were available. The Krystal burger drive-through restaurant will be built in the Central Plaza area.
