Darlene Levi has been named vice president and account director for Ad Partners Inc., St. Petersburg. Levi was an account director at JA&G Advertising, Tampa.

Mercantile Bank announces these appointments: Stuart Field , vice president and branch manager, Seven Springs branch in Pasco County; and Anna Adamczyk, vice president and manager. Field was vice president/financial center manager for SouthTrust Bank's Seven Springs branch; and Adamczyk was branch manager for Mercantile's Countryside branch.

Ideal Consulting Inc., Tampa, announces these appointments: Kristie Hazel, vice president of finance and administration; and Aaron Butler, account executive. Hazel was divisional controller at Cargill Inc., Tampa; and Butler was a business development manager at Aztec Business Solutions, Dallas.

Specialized Painting Corp., or SPC, Tampa, announces these appointments and promotions. Appointments: Tammy Davidson , residential project coordinator; and Robert Cushing, director of training and development. Promotions: John Starling, crew leader trainer for the residential division. Mona Jackson has been named director of business development for Consulting Engineering Group Inc., or CEGI, Tampa. Jackson was an administrative assistant/marketing coordinator for the state and local government practice at BearingPoint, Tampa.

Donna L. Worman has been named director of quality improvement at Allied Eye Care, Clearwater. Worman was an account executive and general manager for Managed Access Inc., Tampa.

Rob Stamey has been promoted to director of rehabilitation services at Bayfront Medical Center, St. Petersburg. Stamey was manager of cardiac rehabilitation.

Mark Bellman has been promoted to Tampa Bay director of large group commercial sales for Humana Inc., Tampa. Bellman was large group sales representative for Humana's Central Texas location.

David S. Hendrix has been elected vice president of the endowment and investment committee of the Boy Scouts of America, Gulf Ridge Council.
