Tsala Apopka study tour open to public

HERNANDO - The task force of the Citrus/Hernando Waterways Restoration Council of the Southwest Florida Water Management District, or Swiftmud, will tour the Tsala Apopka chain of lakes at 9 a.m. Monday, leaving from the Lake Hernando Boat Ramp.

The tour's purpose is to identify priority areas for lake restoration and enhancement. The public is invited. Swiftmud does not discriminate based on disability. Anyone requiring reasonable accommodation should call 1-800-423-1476, or (352) 796-7211, ext. 4226.
