I've had enough . . .

Pecans, peanuts and macadamias.

And pistachio-crusted fish too. Make mine walnuts instead. Walnuts are not as sweet but are robust in savory flavors, perfect with green beans or broccoli, in pasta and stir fries, with greens and, of course, in a Waldorf salad. And yes, they're still a treat at dessert time in banana bread, apple pie, cookies or ice cream.
