MAY 26

Star Wars: Episode III - Revenge of the Sith - George Lucas continues or completes, depending upon your perspective his Skywalker family saga. See Page 6 for a recap of our review, which appeared earlier this week in the St. Petersburg Times because local theaters started screening it just after midnight today. Or see the entire review, plus a recap of the previous five films and much, much more at www.sptimes.com/starwars3

MAY 27

The Longest Yard - Adam Sandler subs for Burt Reynolds at quarterback, and the aging Bandit appears as the old convict-jock (played by Michael Conrad in the 1974 original) itching for action in a football game against prison guards. Chris Rock and pop star Nelly co-star.

Madagascar - Animals shipped from the Central Park Zoo are dumped in Africa, where life isn't cushy and meals aren't scheduled. Rock competes against himself for weekend box office supremacy, here as the voice of the zebra sidekick to Ben Stiller's cowardly lion, in an animated comedy from DreamWorks.
