LARGO - The city will hold a community meeting Monday, June 13, at 6 p.m. to discuss proposed land use changes in the Crossroads Mall area.
The meeting will be held in Building 12 at the Pinellas Technical Education Center, 6100 154th Ave. N. The city will discuss redevelopment of the area as a mixed-use town center. Development proposals by Boulder Venture South LLC for commercial, office and residential development and by the Cepcot Corporation/Pinch A Penny for industrial and office development will be presented.
