Los Angeles Raiders 38, Washington Redskins 9

Marcus Allen set a Super Bowl record (since surpassed) with 191 yards on 20 carries, including touchdowns of 5 and 74 yards, to earn the MVP. The 38 points also set a record (since surpassed).

Super Bowl XXV

Jan. 27, 1991

Tampa Stadium

New York Giants 20, Buffalo Bills 19.

The Bills' Scott Norwood sent a 47-yard field goal just wide right in the waning seconds. It was coach Bill Parcells' second Super Bowl title, and he quit soon after. It also was the first of four consecutive Super Bowl losses for the Bills.

Baltimore Ravens 34, New York Giants 7.

Baltimore's defense, led by linebacker and MVP Ray Lewis, established itself as one of the league's best ever. The Giants mustered just 152 yards and turned it over five times. Former Buc Trent Dilfer was 12-of-25 for 153 yards and one touchdown for the Ravens.
