CONSTRUCTION

The following companies were recognized at the Pasco Builders Association's 2005 Parade of Homes.

Arthur Rutenberg Homes, 13922 58th St. N, Clearwater, model home Bonaire II, was recognized for the most innovative and creative design and best bath award for single-family homes priced from $601,000 to $700,000 at the village of Fairgate at Seven Oaks, Wesley Chapel.

Avalon Building Corp., 905 E Martin Luther Jr. Drive, Tarpon Springs. The Antigua model was recognized for best exterior, most innovative and creative design and best bath; Captiva model won for best kitchen and pool; and the Avalon IV model won for best floor plan and over best overall model. All models won in the single-family home category and are at the village of Forest Edge at Seven Oaks, Wesley Chapel.

Greene Builders, P.O. Box 959, Elfers, was recognized for the best overall home from $601,000 to $700,000 for its Seville model at Marabella at the Champions' Club, Trinity.

Hannah-Bartoletta Homes, 19001 Sun Lake Blvd., Lutz. The Monterey 2000 model at Wilderness Lake Preserve was recognized for best exterior, floor plan, kitchen, bath and pool, the most innovative and creative design and best overall for homes priced more than $900,000.

Samuelsen Builders, P.O. Box 1427, Elfers. The Oslo model was recognized for best kitchen and best pool for homes priced from $601,000 to $700,000 at the Champions' Club, Trinity.

Seven Oaks, Wesley Chapel, was recognized for the most environmentally sensitive site plan and best community entrance.

Westfield Homes Tampa Bay Division, 5100 W Lemon St., Suite 306, Tampa. The Doral model at the Villas of Willow Creek in Seven Oaks was recognized for the most innovative and creative design and best floor plan for homes from $251,000 to $275,000; the Palladium model in Waters Edge at Ivy Lake Estates won for best exterior and best floor plan for homes from $601,000 to $700,000; and the Brookland model at Suncoast Lakes was recognized for best overall and best exterior for homes from $326,000 to $400,000.
