Cornerstone Community Bank, St. Petersburg, announces that Kevin Carr and Nancy Dohlmar have been promoted to vice presidents. Carr was a commercial loan officer and Dohlmar was a loan officer for residential lending.

SunTrust Bank, St. Petersburg, announces that Vicki Kane has been promoted to vice president and trust administrator in the wealth and investment management line of business; and Donna Hollingsworth was promoted to vice president in the bank operations department. Kane and Hollingsworth were assistant vice presidents.

Choice Medical Management Services LLC, Tampa, announces these promotions: Pat Bennett, manager of care management; Daniel Ogburn, complex care coordinator; Rebecca Bennett, provider contract specialist team leader; Sally Forsythe, senior provider service specialist; and Anne Creighton, quality assurance analyst and grievance coordinator in provider services. Pat Bennett was a supervisor in nurse case management; Ogburn was a lead telephonic case management assistant; Rebecca Bennett was a provider contract specialist; Forsythe was a provider services representative and grievance coordinator; and Creighton was a credentialing specialist.

Del M. Pulido has been named vice president of human resources at Jim Walter Homebuilding Group, Tampa. Pulido was vice president of human resources for Marconi Commerce Systems/Gilbarco Inc., Greensboro, N.C.

Eve Cline has been promoted to vice president of marketing at Ideal Consulting, Tampa. Cline was director of marketing for both Ideal Consulting and Ideal Software.

Roberto De La Guardia has been named principal in charge and vice president at Consulting Engineering Group Inc., Tampa. De La Guardia was an independent electrical engineer consultant in Tampa.

David S. Cerrato has been elected to the board of directors of Malcolm Pirnie Inc. Cerrato is leader of Malcolm Pirnie's consulting practice in Tampa.

Jonathan W. Sink has been promoted to operational manager for Ardaman & Associates, Tampa. Sink was a senior project engineer.

W. Campbell McLean has been appointed to serve on the Raymond James Gasparilla Festival of Arts board of directors. McLean is a civil litigation lawyer and concentrates in the areas of eminent domain for the law firm of GrayRobinson, Tampa.

Leonard S. Englander has been appointed chairman of the Florida Bar's Business Litigation Certification Committee for 2005-06. Englander is a senior partner at the law firm of Englander & Fischer PA, St. Petersburg.

Phelps Dunbar, Tampa, announces these lawyers have been named partners: Karl J. Brandes, John E. Phillips, Seth M. Schimmel, John David Mullen and Dennis M. McClelland. Brandes joins the regional commercial litigation practice group and will practice in the area of petroleum marketing and commercial litigation; Phillips joins the regional labor and employment practice group, and will serve as practice leader; Schimmel joins the regional commercial litigation practice group and practices in the areas of construction and complex commercial litigation; Mullen joins the regional labor and employment practice group and practices in the areas of employment law in conjunction with securities litigation and arbitration; and McClelland joins the regional labor and employment practice group and practices in the areas of labor and employment law. All were associates.

Florida State Fair Authority, Tampa, announces these appointments: Julie Deane, director of sales; and Dan Marshall, curator of programs for Cracker Country, a living history museum on the fairgrounds. Deane was owner of Julie Deane Marketing, Tampa; and Marshall was senior interpreter at the Nantucket Historical Association, Nantucket, Mass.

C.A. Morgan has been named director of human capital development for Ideal Image, Tampa. Morgan was an independent organization development consultant in Washington.

Mary Seitz has been promoted to branch manager for Weichert Realtors/Yates and Associates' new office at Somerset Professional Park, 15249 Amberly Drive, Tampa. Seitz was a Realtor for Weichert Realtors/Yates and Associates' W Busch Boulevard location.
