Man accused of molesting girl while she was asleep

TAMPA - A 37-year-old man was charged with molesting a 13-year-old girl while she was asleep on a couch.
James Octavius Frazier was charged with lewd and lascivious molestation on Tuesday, according to the Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office.
Jail records list his address in Seffner while Tampa police say he also stayed at a home on Fowler Avenue in Tampa. He remained in the county jail Wednesday on $1,000 bail.
Deputies say the girl was visiting relatives on April 9 and fell asleep on a couch. Frazier touched the girl's buttocks while she was asleep and then stopped when she woke up, the Sheriff's Office said.
