NEAT schedule

Have old furniture you want to throw out? The city of Tampa's Neighborhood Environmental Action Team picks up large household items as a community service.

Goods must be at the curb by 7:30 a.m. Volunteers interested in helping NEAT should call 931-2140. Many items are not accepted. For a list go to www.tampagov.net/dept_code_enforcement/neat/index.asp Click on cleanup schedule.

JUNE 11: Old Seminole Heights-East (area bounded by Hillsborough River, Hillsborough Avenue, 22nd Street, Interstate 275). General pick up.

JUNE 18: Live Oak Square, Northeast Community, River Grove, Woodland Terrace (area bounded by Hillsborough River, Interstate 4, City Limits, 22nd Street). General pick up.

JUNE 25: Historic Hyde Park, Old Hyde Park, Parkland Estates, Golfview, Palma Ceia Park, New Suburb Beautiful, parts of Bayshore Gardens and Palma Ceia (area bounded by Swann Avenue, Bay to Bay Boulevard, Hillsborough Bay, Dale Mabry Highway). General pick up.

JULY 2: Sunset Park, Culbreath Isles, Culbreath Bayou, Culbreath Heights, Palma Ceia West (area bounded by Beach Way Drive, Leona Street, Dale Mabry, Old Tampa Bay). General pick up.

JULY 9: Beach Park, Beach Park Isles, Swann Estates (area bounded by Interstate 275, Beach Way Drive, Dale Mabry Highway, Old Tampa Bay). Crew will clean streets but will not pick up trash from residents.
