ARCHITECT: Rojo Architecture in Tampa.

Thirty-two units will have detached two-story garages with an upstairs bonus room and bathroom, plus a private courtyard.

WHAT THEY'RE SAYING: Legacy Park's principal architect, John Saldana, said the project will feature eight different classic architectural styles. The goal is to make it "feel like a neighborhood, not like an apartment complex," he said. "We looked back to turn-of-the-century architecture, looked at places like Savannah (Georgia) and Charleston (South Carolina). We extracted the architectural elements that give those places their character."

TIMELINE: Construction is scheduled to begin in September and last a year.

MOVE-IN DATE: Starting in September 2006.
