RAIN: An 80 percent chance of thunderstorms for most of west-central Florida as rain bands from Hurricane Dennis continue to come ashore, even as the storm moves north. Rainfall will range from 1 to 2 inches, although localized areas may get more. Rain should gradually begin tapering off Sunday night and early Monday.
WIND: More wind from south to southeast at 17-25 mph, with higher gusts. Winds should start subsiding Sunday evening.
FLOODING: Most of the flooding is expected in North Florida, especially along the Suwannee River. But some local flooding is likely in coastal areas, particularly low-lying streets and neighborhoods.
SURF: Expected to be 3 to 5 feet, perhaps higher in areas facing the south or southwest. Source: National Weather Service.
