ARCHITECTURE

Wedding, Stephenson & Ibarguen Architects Inc., 300 First Ave. S, Suite 402, St. Petersburg, announces a design contract with M.E. Barger Construction, St. Petersburg, for a 70,000-square-foot, $3-million distribution center on 4.5 acres that will house the administrative, warehouse and shipping operations for Victor Distributing. The center will be on the east side of 49th Street and north of 110th Terrace.

CONSTRUCTION

Eveland Brothers Inc., 12790 Automobile Blvd., Clearwater, announces a contract with AGNI Fortune Inc., Treasure Island, for the renovation and addition to the Gulfport 1926 Building. Eveland will renovate the existing 4,275-square-foot two-story building and build a 2,000-square-foot addition. The project will house the restaurant Churrasearia and includes a bistro, octagonal-shaped lounge, covered deck and retail area, 2832 Beach Blvd. S, Gulfport, $1.54-million.

Construction Dynamics Group, 3350 Buschwood Park Drive, Tampa, received the 2005 Construction Management Project Achievement Award for projects with a construction value of more than $10-million. CDG received the award for its work on the C.W. "Bill" Young Regional Reservoir program for Tampa Bay Water.

FINANCING
