BROOKSVILLE - A 20-year-old Masaryktown man was arrested on Wednesday after he was accused of having sex with a 15-year-old girl, authorities said.
Aaron Aubrey-Holmes Horger was charged with lewd and lascivious battery on a child after he admitted to having sex with the teenage girl. Horger, a landscaper, was being held at the Hernando County Jail on $10,000 bail.
On Sunday, the victim, whose name is being withheld because of the nature of the allegations, went to Horger's apartment on Broad Street in Masaryktown, where they had sexual intercourse, according to a sheriff's report.
Witnesses also told an investigator that Horger told them he had sex with the girl.
