Three south Tampa galleries, two veterans and a new venue, join forces Friday for a summer hop. Nuance Galleries, 804 S Dale Mabry Highway; Gold Dragon Gallery, 508 S Manhattan Ave.; and the newcomer, Lyssa Morgan Gallery, 4062 Henderson Blvd., will be open 5:30 to 9:30 p.m. with free light refreshments. Park once and HARTline trolleys will come by every 15 minutes to ferry you to the next stop. On-air personalities from WSJT-FM 94.1 will also be on hand.

Each gallery has new summer shows. Gold Dragon is exhibiting local photographers; Lyssa Morgan also features photography, including work by Todd McDonald, whose photograph of the Tampa Theatre is shown above. Nuance has Florida landscape paintings plus its annual summer historical diorama built by owner Robert Rowen. This year, see Gettysburg recreated.

For information, call (813) 281-1000.
