Before school starts on Aug. 4, students get a chance to find their way to classrooms and meet their teachers during the following open houses.

Elementary schools

ANDERSON: 5:30 to 6:15 p.m. or 6:30 to 7:15 p.m. Aug. 2.

ALEXANDER: 1 to 3 p.m. Aug. 3.

BALLAST POINT: 6 to 7 p.m. Aug. 3, pizza dinner from 5 to 6:30 p.m.

BROWARD: Noon to 2 p.m. Aug. 3.

CHIARAMONTE: 6 to 8 p.m. Aug. 2.

DALE MABRY: Aug. 3, 12:30 to 1:30 p.m. for kindergarteners; 1:30 to 2:30 p.m. for first- through fifth-graders.

DUNBAR: 3 to 6 p.m. Aug. 3.

FOSTER: 3:30 to 5:30 Aug. 3.

GORRIE: 4 to 6:30 p.m. Aug. 3.

GRADY: 1 to 2 p.m. Aug. 3.

GRAHAM: 5-7 p.m. Aug. 3

JAMES (K-8): 1 to 3:30 Aug 3.
