DUNEDIN - Commissioners postponed a discussion on a temporary building moratorium Thursday to give City Attorney John Hubbard more time to refine and advertise the proposal.

The moratorium would ban new developments that are over a certain height, and it would last about six months.

Commissioners will take up the issue at their Aug. 4 meeting.
